Spacious Terrace: The terrace of this accommodation was like my own personal oasis. I spent most evenings there, sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Lack of Soundproofing: Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing between the main house and the apartment was quite noticeable. I could hear every little noise, from footsteps to conversations, which made it hard to fully relax and have complete privacy.

The location is great, very close to the town centre. Ben's Wine & Tapas is just a 5-minute walk away, which was convenient.- The owner was friendly and accommodating.- The amenities like central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment were handy.- Having a bathtub was a nice touch.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We loved having a separate bedroom, giving us privacy and a good night's sleep. The kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, and dining area was convenient for making quick meals for our family. The patio provided a lovely outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Personally, we found that there was only one bedroom, which could be a bit small for a family with two small kids.

Stayed in a "luxury" flat with a garden and terrace. Woo! Free WiFi! Had a dining area and comfy seating. Nearest airport was in Exeter, felt so exclusive.

Just loved hearing everything my neighbors were doing, from talking to washing clothes. Privacy?

Had a nice xmas stay here. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were good. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center. Plus, the host was friendly and helpful.

The description was misleading. It's not a flat, just a bedroom with a small sitting area.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the stay, LOVELY experience. Rooms were perfect with the bathroom, down pillows. The location was magnificent and particularly good, it was easy to get to Totnes Castle.
